If this is your first time hiring from Raz Rentals, you must fill out a NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION:

There are three ways you can make a booking.

  1. Use our online portal to Book Online.  Just choose your dates and click on the items you would like.
    or
  2. Send us an email with your inquiry
    or
  3. Give us a call on (08) 6388 0990

 

  1. Find the items you would like.
  2. Click “Add to Booking”.
  3. Choose your shoot dates.
  4. Submit your request
  5. Allow 1 hour for us to get back to you with a formal quote.

Gear will be available from 2pm the day before your shoot.  

Gear must be returned at 10am the day after your shoot.

This will be clearly outlined on your reservation.  

If you would like to organize alternative pick up / return times we can accomodate.  However, earlier or later times may incur another day charge.  

We will get back to you with a formal Quote as soon as possible.

If it is within business hours, please allow 1 hour for us to get back to you.

If you have submitted your request outside business hours, we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.  But please allow a few hours for us to put the camera or beer down.

If a job is cancelled within 24 hours of the collection time, we will charge 50% of the Quote.

Once gear has left the building, we will charge 100% of the quote.
